If you perform any type of service on your car (such as oil change, air filter, gearbox oil change, brake change, etc.) sooner than prescribed, you can of course do so, and your car will appreciate it.
  • What should I do if I lose my official papers or any of them expire(s) (registration, green card, insurance)?
    • When you notice this, contact us as soon as possible so we can start the replacement process.
  • When and why is it advisable to decide for a "operational car lease with a German number plate"?
    • In every case, this is the logical decision, as the cost of your car can fully be deducted. Additionally, it needs to be paid in installments, and you do not have to deal with VAT reclaim since you are paying a NET monthly fee.
  • What is the difference between private and business long-term rental?
    • The structure is essentially the same and the conditions are also the same. The difference is that in this case, you contract us as a private individual.
  • How quickly do I receive the quotation for the operational car lease of the vehicles?
    • We send the offer within 48 hours as soon as we have the specific vehicle you are targeting.
  • Can I account for the costs associated with fleet management?
    • Yes. 100% of the costs associated with fleet management are accountable. So are the down payment, the monthly fee, and the residual value.
  • How long is the casco insurance valid?
    • Throughout the entire term.
  • If my company's headquarters/seat of business is in another country (Hungary or Austria), do I need to travel to Germany for every service event
    • Of course not. You can have your car serviced at any brand representation or specialist service in any European Union country according to the manufacturer and type-specific service instructions.
  • When is it worthwhile to use this service?
    • Always in the case of businesses, whether it is a startup that has not yet completed its first fiscal year or a joint stock company with high revenues. It’s also advisable for private individuals.
  • What period can I lease a car for?
    • You can choose between 24 to 60 months (2 to 5 years).
  • How much time passes between the offer and the delivery of the car?
    • We deliver your targeted car within as little as two weeks.
  • Can I use the service as an individual?
    • Of course, you can.
  • What vehicles can I choose from?
    • From all the vehicles that meet our contractual requirements (age 0-5 years, up to 100,000 kms).
  • What does the lease payment include?

After that, either the customer or we, on the customer's behalf, will sell it. Simultaneously, of course, you can start a completely new construction.
  • Can I pay off the car during the term so that it becomes mine?
    • Yes.
  • What happens if I don't pay the instalments on time?
    • The contract addresses this issue. If the customer becomes insolvent for any reason, with our intermediation, he can transfer the given construction to a third party or return it to us.
  • Is there a penalty or penalty if I don't pay the instalments on time?
    • Yes, there is, according to the terms laid down in the contract.
  • Does the German long-term lease affect my credit in Hungary?
    • No, because this is officially a long-term lease agreement between you and us, so neither you nor your business appear in any foreign or Hungarian banking database in this regard.

  • What happens if I want to terminate the lease before the end of the term?
    • You can do this at any time. Notify us of your intent to close the deal, which we will send to you within a few working days, and once you have financially settled the closure amount, then you can dispose of the car.
  • Can I buy the company car I used at the end of the term?
